RETURNS
We will offer a full refund within 14 days from when your order is delivered.
In the case where an item needs to be returned or exchanged, we will honor return or exchange of products sold by us. The returned garments should be unworn in new condition in original packaging. Furthermore, (a copy of) the receipt should be included with the package.
If you would like to return an item, please contact us at info@atility.eu with your order number, or fill out the contact form on our website.
Please specify, whether you would like to return or exchange the item.
Keep in mind that Atility can’t refund any taxes, duties, charges or shipping fee for the return. Refunds will be set at the price you paid at the moment of purchase, not the price in the currency concerned at the date of refund.
EXCHANGES
Purchased items are exchangeable in any different size or product. Exchanges are only processed upon receipt of the returned products and are based on stock availability at that time. If you are interested in a different product, please return your item(s) to us and simply let us know in your email what is your prefered product, color and size. Similarly, please contact us at info@atility.eu first with your order number. The exchanged garments should be unworn in new condition in original packaging. Furthermore, (a copy of) the receipt should be included with the package.

RÜCKSENDUNGEN
Wir bieten innerhalb von 14 Tagen ab Lieferung Ihrer Bestellung eine volle Rückerstattung an.
Im Falle einer Rücksendung oder eines Umtauschs werden wir den Rück- oder Umtausch von von uns verkauften Produkten gewähren. Die zurückgesendeten Kleidungsstücke sollten ungetragen und in neuem Zustand in Originalverpackung sein. Darüber hinaus sollte eine Kopie der Rechnung in dem Paket dabei sein.

Geben Sie bitte an, ob Sie den Artikel zurücksenden oder umtauschen möchten.
Beachten Sie, dass Atility keine Steuern, Abgaben, Gebühren oder Versandkosten für die Rücksendung erstatten kann. Rückerstattungen werden zum Kaufpreis erstattet, den Sie zum Zeitpunkt des Kaufs bezahlt haben, nicht zum Preis in der bei der Rückerstattung betroffenen Währung.
UMTAUSCH
Gekaufte Artikel können in einer anderen Größe oder einem anderen Produkt umgetauscht werden. Umtausche werden erst nach Eingang der zurückgesendeten Produkte verarbeitet und basieren auf der Verfügbarkeit im Lager zu diesem Zeitpunkt bearbeitet.
Wenn Sie an einem anderen Produkt interessiert sind, senden Sie uns bitte Ihren Artikel zurück und teilen Sie uns einfach per E-Mail mit, welches Ihr bevorzugtes Produkt, Farbe und Größe ist. Ebenfalls kontaktieren Sie uns bitte zuerst unter info@atility.eu mit Ihrer Bestellnummer. Die zu tauschenden Kleidungsstücke sollten ungetragen und in neuem Zustand in Originalverpackung sein.
